SEAchange Announces B Corporation Certification
SEAchange is proud to announce that we have become a Certified B Corporation, becoming the sixth organization in Nebraska to earn this certification.
The certification process, administered by the nonprofit organization, B Lab, signals SEAchange has met the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose. SEAchange is also a registered Benefit Corporation through the State of Nebraska and a member of 1% for the Planet having committed to contributing 1% of its annual revenue to environmental causes.
“We are excited to join this international community of leaders using business as a force for good,” said Kyle Cartwright, SEAchange Co-Founder & COO. “We feel fortunate to live and work in a community with so many other purpose-driven businesses. We are just one of many.”

“It is time for Nebraska to be recognized for what it is, the purpose-driven capitol of America,” added Graham Pansing Brooks, SEAchange Co-Founder and President. “We hope more businesses will consider this certification as a way to bring greater recognition to the impactful work being done here in Nebraska. It is critical for workforce development and creating a stronger, more vibrant future economy in Nebraska.”
SEAchange previously supported KidGlov, through the B Corp Certification process. KidGlov announced their certification as Nebraska’s 5th B Corp in November of 2021. KidGlov is a full-service advertising, branding, and marketing agency with operations in Lincoln and Omaha assisting organizations that are changing the world for the better.
SEAchange will undergo a re-certification process every three years and produce an annual report to maintain its B Corp status.
SEAchange officially made their announcement on Wednesday, March 30th during a reception at Foundry Co-Working.
Lincoln Mayor Leirion Gaylor-Baird also issued a Mayoral Proclamation in recognition of the achievement.
