Graham Pansing Brooks | Founder & President

Born and raised in Lincoln, Graham is a proud Nebraskan. While he has spent several years living on the east coast, Graham ultimately returned home to Nebraska to found SEAchange, LTD. Prior to founding SEAchange, LTD, Graham worked with healthcare technology firms in Nebraska and Washington, D.C.. Graham attended Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with a concentration in Global Health, Society, and Culture. Subsequently, Graham received a Masters of Legal Studies from the University of Nebraska College of Law with a concentration in Corporate and Cyber Law.
